I think i'm a new TMJ/D patient......i've always really slept with my tongue pressing firmly up on the roof of my mouth and notice when i wake up, my jaw is very tight....lately, i've been having undiagnosed dizzy/lightheaded spells, headaches and just pressure in head and neck....sometimes i feel like i've worked my neck too much in exercise wehn in fact it's just so tense.

i also thought, it may be related to wisdom teeth....however, the dizziness and sore neck lean me to more of a TMJ issue.

what does it sound like to you guys? how were you officially dx and by who...dr or dentist? hate dentsist by the way:)

anyone know of a good dr that deals with this in phila******a?
