I have heard a lot about this product and was interested in trying. I'd like to hear from anyone who has before, both good and bad experiences. So anything that you can tell me would be great...

A few specific things:

I'm not sure which set of shades to order. My skin isn't pale but it's not tan either. I wear NW20 in MAC make-up. I can't decide between the fair and medium shades. Suggestions?

What pack should I order? There are a bunch of different starter packs and I'm not sure which would be the best for me and my money.

How is the coverage? I have dark circles under my eyes and I want something that will help conceal those, as well as the occasional blemishes I get.

Does the make-up stay put? I do a lot during the day and hate make-up that smudges.

Anything else you could tell me would be great... thank you for your help!

thank you for your response. it's great to hear from people who have actually tried it. as much as i've heard that's good about it i still don't trust the testimonials on the website. haha

i will check it out. :)

Since I ordered the wrong shade of foundation for myself and used it almost a year before getting a shade that was perfect for me, may I suggest ordering samples of different shades of foundation (ebay has them) so you'll be sure of getting the right shade.

Because I always seemed to order the wrong shade of blush, I ended up doing that and finally found one I'm happy with.

BTW, I love BE... it does last all day, they have different shades/items for dark circles or coverups. Bare Radience is great under eyes and under eyebrows. I just got a sample of this purely shimmery stuff that I've used as eyeshadow, dotted in the corners of my eyes, over lip gloss and on my shoulders. I love this stuff!!

I wear the same shade of MAC (NW 20) as you. Have blonde hair/blue eyes. I got the kit from Sephora and the light shade is perfect for me. It still works when I've got a bit of a tan going.
I think the medium will probably be too dark for someone who wears NW20 in MAC. :)
