I take a B-Complex sublingual liquid and I noticed the B-12 is 20,000% of the daily value at 1,200 mcg. Is this safe?
It contains 2 mg of B-6, which sounds normal.
I was just a little worried about the amount of B-12.

Don't worry about the B-12. You can take 10 times that amount if you want.

I've read somewhere, can't remember what I was looking up that only people with alzheimer's should not take vit. b12, something to do with their brain can't process it right. B vit. are water soluble and shouldn't be a problem for most people, even in high doses.

Thanks...I'm hoping it will help with energy and mild depression/anxiety. The 20,000%thing sounded like a lot and I just wanted to make sure it was ok to take that much.
