I'm new to this board and thought I just put in some info about my experience with general allergies. For as long as I could remember I had general allergies, sneezing and runny nose mostly around the same time of year.

I recently noticed that I don't get allergies anymore (only sometimes right when I wake up). I wasn't sure what was beating it until I realised that Grape seed Extract has been found to help common allergies. Here is the text i'm talking about.

• Lessen allergy symptoms. As a natural antihistamine, grape seed extract may help to control the sneezing, congestion and other hallmarks of an allergic reaction. The extract also inhibits the release of chemicals called prostaglandins that can generate inflammation during an allergic response. Working in concert, the nutrient's antihistamine and anti-inflammatory actions can help to keep at bay such allergic responses as hives, hay fever and eczema.

Since I started taking Grapeseed Extract and Ester C daily, my allergies have pretty much dissappeared. I am almost certain this is the cause!

Very interesting. I've heard about Vitamin C helping allergies, but this is the first I've heard about grape seed extract helping. How much of them do you take?
