I've experienced eczema on my ears (among other places such as my face and parts of my legs). I found that cutting down on dairy consumption helped out a lot - especially when I stopped drinking milk. I haven't had to deal w/ eczema for a while, though. I don't know.. it comes and goes as it pleases, and thankfully it decided to just go away on it's own. But, I'd suggest you try Egyptian Magic. It's an all-natural, all-purpose healing ointment. Very popular among celebrities for it's exceptional moisturizing properties. I plan on getting some for myself, because when I don't have eczema, I still have VERY dry skin. {removed}

There is a product in the baby care section of most grocery stores and Walmart, etc. called Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema cream that works pretty well. Also Aquaphor works well; it is basically vaseline with added moisturizers.
