Hi,

I take TwinLabs Daily One caps without iron. (my doc told me that nobody should take iron pills unless they have been diagnosed with low iron levels).

I was wondering, who takes B complex pills? Do you take them with the multi's or instead of the multi's? Would taking both together be too much?

Thanks for any responses. :)

I take both. The B-vitiamins are considered 'water soluable' so whatever your body doesn't use is flushed from your body through your urine.
