I seem to be getting these small depressions on my nose. They look like tiny pores that have sunk down or in my nose. It is barely noticeable but I can see the depressions. I don't get any pimples or any indications when this will occur, it just appears. So far I have gotten 3 which don't really bother me but I'm concerned whether this will keep going. I got the third one yesterday. Does anyone have a clue to what this could be and what can I do about it? Thanks.

P.S. I dont know if it helps but just to let people know... I am 21 yrs. old.
