For quite a few years, I have had a very bad rash on my genitals. Over the few years, it has only worsened. The only thing that cleared it up one time was poison ivy cream :confused: . But anyways, the rash seems to be in all the cracks of my body. It is my my armpits, buttcrack, and the spot between your genitals and backside. It seems to be very dry also, but moisurizer doesn't work. Probably the worst place this rash is , is on my genitals. It itches mostly in the crease on the left and right sides of the scrotum. And on the underside of the sack. It itches soooo bad, that I must scratch it, and if I don't I'm miserable. I scratch until I am raw, and I am constantly pink and red down there. I am so embarassed that I don't even like undressing in front of my girlfriend, but luckily she loves me and doesn't care. Someone please help me, I am too embarassed to go to the doc.

You should really go to the doctor beacuse it could be a number of things. Just show him the rash under your arms then if you're too embarassed to show him/her the rash down south. Has it been itchy for the years you've had it? It could be eczema or dermatitis (they might be the same thing, not sure lol! But both an itchy rash). Try using a soap free body wash and moisturizer for dry itchy skin. In the shower I use Dermaveen which is for dry itchy and sensitive skin. You could also apply cold aloe vera to relieve the itch.
