For the last two months we have been trying to find the cause of daily headaches. They are always on the right side. When I first started getting them I noticed my jaw seemed to be a little sore. That went away til about the last week. Now it is sore again.

Other Symptoms...
Tender scalp on right top of head
stiff neck...feels like a crick in my neck
If I push up under my lower jaw towards the back but in front of my ear it hurts.
If I turn my head to the left to look over my left shoulder, pulling at the neck on the right side, it causes the jaw to hurt more.

This definitely could be TMJ disorder. I say this b/c I also used to wake up with headaches daily on the left side of my head, and my jaw would feel off track. Shortly thereafter it turned into this thing they call tmjd. You might wanna check out the tmjd symptoms thread. Tmjd also causes tight muscles in neck, and back as well.
