Has anyone had any problems with their bottom lip dropping? My aunt feels like something chaulky like tartar is coming out her mouth. When we look in her mouth there's nothing there. Please help!!!!!! :bouncing:

My mother is well in the process of learning if she has Als, They are still doing test but they have already started her on the expensive medication to slow the process down. Her tounge is pretty much paralyzed in certain areas, she has problems swallowing, talking and etc. She has been having twitching in the side of her face and her lower lip. This started off a year ago with pain down her left arm, and we all though stroke!! But after Mri's, or should I say mulitiple mri's, blood work, test after test.. still thinking hmm.. so he said possibly Als or Progressive Palsy.. but it is looking more like Als. My mother crys all the time and cant control her emotions, they have her on 40mg of Prozac and also prescribed to xanax when needed... My mother is only 55 This is breaking my heart and well just has me feeling twisted. God bless all of you and this disease that is so uncommon.
