I live pretty much an Organic lifestyle. I don't do any dairy and i don't do red meat. I am worried about microwave ovens and their toxicity. I do heat my foods up in them. Can anyone add some insight to this?

Thanks, Lisa

well there is electromagnetic radiation circulating in microwaves that may affect the food. best thing would be stovetop with regular pots and pans that are NOT non stick 'cause sometimes the teflon gets into the food which is just as bad. microwaves have just become so convenient.

I have since changed all my pots and pans to stainless steel inside and out and i invested in a stainless steel pressure cooker. I do not use microwaves any longer..Lisa
