Hi

Have you tried a tongue scraper? Or at least brushing the back part of your tongue really well? Sometimes that helps. If not, it could be related to your sinus drainage or something of that sort. Definately check with your doctor or dentist, I'm sure it can be helped!

Goodluck!

if you don't floss your teeth you're going to have bad breath. So floss twice a day.
but if you don't do that I recently heard that if you use mouth wash twice a day it could be used in place of flossing. try flossing your teeth though because if you don't that could definatly be causing bad breath

Brushing your teeth, tongue and flossing is a great way to keep your breath smelling good. Also avoiding garlic and chilli may help. Drinking plenty of water will eliminate toxins that otherwise may hang round in your system.

If you give all this a go, with no improvment, see a doctor who can refer you on to someone as there may be an underlying problem.

Good luck.
