I don't know if I have IBS or not. I get upset stomach, like cramping quite often, and my bowel movements are NEVER the same. Color, texture, etc are always changing. I notice that when I get stressed aor anxious I immediatly feel like I have to have a bowel movement. My doctor doesn't seem concerned, but it does run in my family. My mom hasn't worked in a year because of it. Any ideas?
