Hi girls-
Okay- I know some of you might know my situation but I'll put it again. I am 19 about to be 20. I started taking bcp's at the age of 14 and stopped at 16 and has been all messed up my period since then. I've had maybe 5 periods. Been to doctors..no help. So, I found Vitex drops and started taking that on November 5th, 05. I never saw any cm before I started taking it so I am guessing I wasnt ovulating ? Well, my question is..today while peeing I whiped (sorry) and noticed a lot..a lot of cm. It was wet almost watery. I don't know the steps of and cm. Can someone tell me please? Thanks. Anyways, I have been taking vitex at 8am and 6pm everyday. 30 drops in a drink of different juices. I have noticed cm since I've started taking it and for the past 3 days I have had awful back pains and sore nipples and the back pain goes down my legs and all. I have been tired too for 2 days. I napped today. I don't do that..lol. Anyways, I have been bbt charting since November 6th and here is what I have so far:
(Also, I always do it when I wake up at 8am)
11/6: 96.98 degrees
11/7: 96.88
11/8: 96.43
11/9: 96.43
11/10: 97.28 ?
11/11: 96.66
11/12: 96.09
11/13: 96.88
If that gives anyone good info. then there ya go. Thanks for answers.

Sounds like you maybe ovulating. Egg white cm is the peak of your ovulation. You should BD 2 days before and go thoughtout that. I believe your not pg because your temp isnt staying up. When your pg your temp stays higher. But by your temps it looks like you may have O on 11/10 when your temp goes up your Oing also I believe I dont temp myself but I am sure someone else does and can explain that more to you.

What method are you using to temp? If you're temping orally, then is it possible that you sleep with your mouth open? This can affect your temps. It seems to me that your temps are awfully low and they bounce around a lot. I know that every woman is different, so this may be perfectly normal for you. As far as the one raised temp goes, I think that one shoud be disregarded. Once you have Oed you will see an obvious shift on your chart. If your temps have stayed elevated for a few days, then assume you Oed on the last day of your low temps. Once they are raised they will stay high until AF. If they stay raised fro 18 days or more then odds are good that you are pregnant. OK. I just looked at your temps again. I guess the one that is really throwing me is the 96.09. That's so low. I would disregard that one too. I know this can be confusing, but you'll get the hang of it. Look up some inf on Fertility Awareness Method (FAM). That's going to be really helpful to you. Good luck!
