Can allegies make you feel spaced out or brain fog

Skin feels irritable
sore neck and shoulders
numb legs and a weak feeling all over?

I don't know -
except that my neck feels so much better - and looks less "swollen" since I stopped eating nuts. It's also less sore.

When you say irritable skin, do you mean itchy? Hivey? If so, yes.

I personally have never related sore neck and shoulders to allergies but you can carry stress in your neck and shoulders and allergy symptoms can make you stressed.

Certain allergy meds have side effects. I used to get tingly sensations in my legs years ago when I used seldane. Are you currently taking anything specific?

It might be a good idea to run these symptoms by your physician.

I will sureley run them by my physician. and thanks for the answer. I guess allergies does make you feel very weird. I jut got diagnosed with it like 2 weeks ago after all of the problems Ive been getting but for some reason I still didnt think that allergies could do all thaT. Im also taking reactine and allergy shots.

Exposure to fragrances gives me headaches and brain fog.
