If you've seen many doctors and they all say there is nothing wrong, you might have to consider that it is a psychological problem. That being said, there was a post on here once about eyes making a cracking noise. As long as it wasn't you who posted it :), you should look back through the threads. A tedious job, but would be worth it. I can't tell you anything about the thread because I didn't read it, but the subject line was very plain. BTW, smoking pot wouldn't do that to your eyes.

it happened to me, and it happened all the sudden, i know it was all the pressure caused in my mind that caused my eyes to shift up from thinking so hard while i was high.. i dunno anymore, ive seen a psycologist and he said that i should try some acupuncture, and he basically said that he would be anxious like i was if he had the same problem  , thanks for replying

Hang on. The psychologist said he'd be anxious too if he had the same problem, but medical doctors tell you there is no problem? I'm not clear on what you mean by "my eye got lifted up". Can you explain this more clearly?

my right eye(iris) colored part got lifted up... my eyes arent balanced anymore.. the only thing i found on the web was a term called "sanpaku" which describes eyes being lifted up .. im not sure though..

i am willing to bet your eye was probably always like that.. you just happened to notice it and now its freaking you out and you cant stop thinking about it because of your anxiety disorder.. the cracking i have no idea... are you sure its just not the suction from your eyelid on your eyeball?

Does your right eye drift upwards, the way a cross-eyed person's eye drifts inward? Or does your whole eyeball seem to be higher than the left one?
I'm not being of much use here I'm afraid.

I found the old post, but I see you replied to it so you've read it. I'm not sure if there was an even older one.
actually punkdizzle i know my eyes caused my anxiety disorder.. because i dont feel like myself .. about a year after this happened to my eyes, i started to have panic attacks, and i know its all related.. and torre, my right eye got pulled/lifted upward.. it just looks higher up than the left.. so when i look straight my right eye looks higher up and u can see an imbalance, now my right eye looks bigger too, like its expanded (the iris), is this a energy imbalance, ive read a term called "sanpaku" which is describing my eyes.. thanks for replying.. =) i still need some help

I looked up "sanpaku". Well, well, you learn something new everyday :)
Actually, I looked it up when you first posted, but "three empty spaces" didn't seem to have anything to do with eyes, so I didn't pursue it.
What I want to know is...do other people see the difference in your eyes? Or is it just you?
Sanpaku is not a dangerous sign. All it implies is that you're not as healthy as you could be. If no one else can see the lower white showing in your right eye, I'd say you've got to tackle this from a psychological standpoint. That is, you'd need help in overcoming this obsession. It will probably be something you'll have to learn to live with. Afterall, there are loads of people who manage with terrible problems far worse than yours.
However, if the eyes do look obviously different to other objective people, you could take a different route. If you think you show the signs of sanpaku, then you would have to also follow the suggested remedies for it. Never mind macrobiotics though.
"If you can see 3 sides of your eyes showing white when you look straight into the mirror, you need to take steps to improve your health, especially if the state of Sanpaku shows all day every day."
So, that means changing any bad habits you have, eating properly, getting enough sleep, etc., etc. Very difficult, but there you go.
Don't know what else to tell you.

I just looked in the mirror and discovered I have white showing at the bottom of the iris in both my eyes. I'm double sanpaku.
Oh well.

Macrobiotics is an extreme diet. You certainly don't need that to be healthy. It's really just common sense. A healthful diet would be lots of raw viggies and fruit, whole grains, nuts and fish/chicken rather than red meat. No sugar. No fried food. No more than one alcoholic drink a day--red wine, if anything. It's tough to eat properly--there's too much tempting food around.
You also might want to look into an alkaline diet, the theory on this one being that our bodies are too acidic from all the junk we eat and healing is much easier in an alkaline environment. There's lots on the net about this. Certain foods have an acid effect on the body, others have an alkaline. For example, lemons which are obviously acidic are very alkaline when processed by the body.
I stuck to an alkaline diet for a year when I thought it would help my eye problem. I ate very well, often, and was never hungry. Lost weight as an added bonus. It didn't cure my retinal troubles and I fell off the diet.
