Hi... just wondering if anyone knew what the heck granulomas were. I saw the pulmonologist today and along with some breathing tests I had a chest x-ray done as well. She said I have a lot of granulomas and some shadowing along my right lung. I was told the shadowing could be pneumonia and she gave me zithromax. The doc said most people have granulomas but I have an excess amount. She did increase my advair to 500/50 and also gave me a prescription for singulair for the asthma thing.

anyways... just wondering if anyone knew what granulomas were and if they are something to be worried about. She said we'd repeat the chest x-ray next time I visit.
