okay i don't know much about add/adhd.... i read some info on it, but still can't really tell if i have it or not. how can i tell? how do i know? I think i do have it...just the way i am sometimes.
i seem slower then other people. i seem like i have no energy and that all i do is take naps and lay down to watch tv. when i have work to be done , i usually procrasinate all the time. my social skills seems like its being depleted. i sometimes talk and forget to enunciate few words.
whats wrong with me??

bobby,
I have inattentive type ADD. It is characterized by trouble concentrating, distractibility, fuzzy thinking, disorganization, low energy, difficulty reading and feelings of life being overwhelming.
Can you relate? If so, the good news is it responds very well to therapy which usually changes the course of a person's life for the better.
There is nothing wrong with your intelligence. Life is boring you to death. Ask a doctor about stimulant therapy and learn organization and goal setting skills once you start the stimulants. The stimulants will give you focus. You'll need to learn how to direct it to reach your goals.
