sorry it took me so long to get back and follow up with our posts.
I was relieved to hear you had the courage to call your doctor to find out what the device is called to help stretch the vagina when it becomes too scared. there really are woman out there with the same problem.
{removed}
if anyone here has had similar complaints, I would appreciate any info on what to do about my situation.
I see my gyno for six week post op in two weeks.
alot of healing can happen I'm assuming in those two weeks, but it sure doesn't feel like it at this point.
thanks for listening ladies.

What problems are you having? {removed} . At 4 I thought was doing good but now at 8 weeks it is even better. No pain, only when I am sitting and bend over to reach for something on the floor, or wear tight jeans across my abdomin, those will have to wait a little longer.... Keep posting and let us know how your doing. Are you going back to work in 2 weeks? Do you have an easy job?...

KKPP,
My visit with the doctor on monday was uncomfortable. More uncomfortable than I imagined it would be.
the speculum really hurt me and god only knows what else she did to the site where the cervix used to once be.
she said it's still not healed and that a stitch was popped.
needs more healing time.
did I tell you this already?
forgive me if I'm repeating myself.
I have one more week of freedom and rest till I go back to work.
the job is easy physical wise. It doesn't require phsycial labor because I work in an office.
anyway, the doctor has to make sure the opening is closed so that bacteria will not enter into the abdomen. there is no more uterus, so the bacteria can go directly into the abdomen and cause a horrible infection.
I have to abstain from taking baths, or anything that could cause this.
I do know that I miss interaction with others and will welcome it when I return to the outside world.
I'm glad to hear that you are healing as well.
thanks for sharing.
