Can anyone recommend a good, over the counter foundation that's not too expensive. I'm 37 with sensitive skin. My t-zone can sometimes be oily, but my cheeks can sometimes be dry, especially in the winter. I need something that can even out my complexion and slight redness on my cheeks. I would like to try Sheer Cover or Bare Essentials, but figured I'd try something over the counter first. I presently use Neutrogena Healthy Skin Oil-Free. I think I need something that offers more coverage, but without looking like a "cake face" and feeling heavy. Any suggestions?

Revlon Colorstay Stay Natural foundation is great! Sounds like exactly what you're looking for...

Thank you, I recall hearing that the Revlon Colorstay Stay Natural was good. I'm not 100%, but I think it was Paula Begoun, the Cosmetic Cop who does all that research and testing of beauty products. I'll have to give it a try and let everyone know. Thanks again!

you need to make sure you are using the correct moisturiser for you skin. before applying foundation, use a green concealer will help stop the redness from comming through the foundation, only apply a little with a makeup sponge.

Thanks, Lizziebeth. I recently picked up moisturizer and concealer from Eucerin. It's specifically used to help even out redness. I only have a little redness and this seems to be helping. Still have to pick up the foundation. I miss the flawless complexion I used to have! Took it for granted!

i use neutrogena visibly even foundation and LOVE it. it evens out my skin and makes it look fresh and healthy without being cakey at all. i used to have foundation ADD; i would get a different kind every time, never finding one i was all the way satisfied with, but i have bought 3 bottles in a row of this stuff now.
