Hey guys,

Will IBS cause more frequent bowel movements. I had a big meal las night and then I started getting some pretty bad cramps. I went to the bathroom and had a mix of diarrhea and normal stool but, I still felt crampy. I went to bed and woke up needing to go again and it was a fairly normal BM. Finally this morning I had another softer BM that was rather small in volume. Is this normal for IBS? Also, do any of you have smaller than normal stools? I feel like before I had this I had bigger pieces during my BM but, now they seem smaller ane less formed. I look forward to your replies.
