Does anyone else believe in this phenomenom? Music is probably the best investment i've ever made in my life, and as i look more and more into this type of therapy the more convinced i am that it works. My general doctor is also a therapist and hes shared some success stories with me. He generally plays relaxed upbeat songs, and told me to listen to something you absolutely love, but is different everytime. For me that was the rent soundtrack. I honestly can listen to that song first to last and never get tired of it. I tried listening to it while i slept, and it was very calming, and soothing. I highly recommend Rent, or something similar. Let me know if anyone else does this or has a recommendation. Ta for now!
