just wondering if any of you guys could help me out. im 16 and surf and skate a lot. for about the last,,hmmm,0 i'd say about 9 months at least once a month my knee twists. just my right knee. it hurts so bad at that very moment then it knda goes away. i just want it to stop but dont wanna go to the doctor bc i dont want surgury. any advise?
