I had a cold for a while and am just recently getting over it like a week ago. My nose is constantly still stuffed up so I figured it could be my sinuses I have never had luck with them anyways, but now to my point, the past couple days I have been tired off and on, but also light headed for no reason which is weird cause usually I am not. BUt yeah for the past couple days real tired and my major problem is just the light headedness for no reason throughout the day...Do you guys think it could be something to do with my sinuses like maybe a sinus infection, or...just my sinuses in general....I dont have any allergies that I know of, any suggestions as to what it is THANKS

What color is your mucous? Unless it's colorless, you may have a sinus infection, especially since yu point out that you don't have much luck with your sinuses. The lightheadedness may be caused by you blowing for the last week.

Either see a doc to diagnose or self-treat by using nasal lavage. There is a brand name, SinuCleanse, that I use to lavage. Great rellief from sinus infections and other things that stuff your nose.

nice nice, I dont usually blow that often only once and a while, when I feel light headed its the same feeling as like when your coming down wiht a head cold you get that feeling in your head like whoa ok, but when that happens my nose feels all lik dry stuffy and **** like that, im always like sniffin and stuff so thats what led me to believe it could be my sinuses cause sometimes I get a headache whcih I assume is a sinus headache
