latley when i stand up or move around i get realy short of breathe along with chest discomfort. below my right knee to my foot just went numb. when i cough my chest hurts. i was diagnosed with anxiety but i dont realy think this is anxiety. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

You may have bronchitis. See a doctor for proper diagnosis because bronchitis not treated can go into pneumonia.
