Can anybody help me with my problem? I downloaded the info onto PC using the disc provided. I had it "read" my pump. I plugged my glucose monitor (using the plug provided) into the PC and it didn't do anything. I was under the impression that this was supposed to be able to transfer my numbers onto PC. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I should be clicking on to get started? :confused: :confused:

The Pathway program will only save the basal rate settings and other settings that you have programed on your pump. It will not upload any bg readings or bolus deliveries you have made over time. However, if you go to carelink.minimed.com and register there you can upload all bolus deliveries and bg readings there. You can also print out a diary and graphs/charts to help you and your doctor determine where adjustments need to be made. In order to use the carelink site you need Internet Explorer or Netscape as your browser. Hope this helps.
