Has anyone on here ever had it and if so was it successful.? greensky 11-20-2005, 05:59 AM The past 3 years I have only been able to walk 4 times 8-10 minutes a day, I have been getting laser treatment once a week for the last 6 months. I can now walk 5 times 20-25 minutes a day. My back is very week and I have to constantly be very careful what I do. If I walk 30 sec. to much I can get a relapse. This also goes for the laser and how much I can get. When we are on the right level I will get some pain relief for 2 days followed by 2-3 days of increased pain and then pain relief again. The total result is a slight pain relief. It feels to me a bit like after doing exercises which I haven’t been able to for the past 3 years. This is no miracle cure but for me it does help. I hope to over the next 6 months to be able to slowly start resuming my back exercises. When I get the laser treatment I also get zone therapy, which also gives me some pain relief. But I have been getting this for 3 years and the pain relief only lasts a couple of days, and only getting the zone therapy didn’t enable me to increase my level of activity. Yes I am still sore but it does help with most pain I do have. I encourage you to try laser therapy. |
