I personally do not have a problem with obesity. But today, some people I know have gone to a hypnotist to hypnotize them out of being fat kinda..Dont know how to exactly explain it...I never heard of this before..But has anyone else? Will it work? How long will it take?
I'll post back to tell you how it goes..

It works well.

But first you must identify the habits that got you (generic you :D) fat. THen hypnotism can help get rid of these habits.

It's not like waving a wand and saying YOU ARE GETTING SLEEPY...YOU WILL GET SKINNY.

Hypnotism is a good aid to behavioral modification. "When you go to the refrigerator you will always ask yourself 'Am I really hungry?'" THat kinda thing.

Or at a buffet you may condition yourself to say to yourself, "Is it to my benefit to eat as much as I can to get my money's worth?"

lol.. if the hypnotizer is a sick person he might do different things with you than what you're expecting. you end up getting twice as big
