For about an hour now I have had chest congestion and shortness of breathe. It hurts worse when I cough. I have looked over heart attack symptoms and such, but am not sure what is causing the congestion. Am i about to have a heart attack? or is it just something else? (i was out in the cold for a bit today and have had indigestion) I have been burping a lot too. I don't think it's symptoms of heart attack anymore, but i just wanna be sure.
