Hi,
I have recently started using the rowing machine at my gym and notice that as I row and bend my legs as i go forward, there is some hard tissue / ligament?? that runs down the back of my leg that seems to click out sideways over the edge of the outside side of my knee, then as i straighten my leg, it clicks back again, it makes no noise, the movement is just not smooth.
It doesn't cause any pain, its generally just irritating feeling it click / knock in and out, but after long sessions on the rowing machine i find that the particular area aches if i go to row the following day.
Does anyone have any idea what this is, or even experience it themselves?
Thanks
