Has anyone experienced flank or kidney pain on only one side but without any fever? I have been diagnosed with RA and Fibromyalgia, although lupus is still a question. I've had several kidney infections with some stones about 3 years ago, just before getting my referral to a rheumatologist and then later my dx's. No kidney 'involvement' since then - but when I had those, I always had a high fever.

Anyone have any ideas?
