Hi everyone,
I'm a 30 year old female. I recently had a check up and they found blood and protein in my urine. My doctor had me do a U/A and Culture. The culture was normal...but the U/A had calcium oxalate and blood. They think I might have passed a small stone. About a week ago I had some nausea and a few days later a dull ache around my left kidney. I'm scheduled for a renal sonogram next week. My doctor also wants me to see a specialist. She recommended either a urologist or nephrologist. Just wanted to share my story. Thanks.

Hi LiuLiu....welcome! I know all about kidney stones. You can read my story titled "newbie here---but extremely familiar with kidney stones. I've had over 250+ of them. This is why I chose my screen name "kidney stone queen". LOL Anyway, feel free to ask me any questions, God knows I could write a book!
