imawake 11-22-2005, 10:02 PM whats a good all in one weight machine, under $200-300 also..is hte ab louge good and works? Sponsor Naxis 11-22-2005, 10:28 PM Skip the ab lounger. Crunches work just as well and they're free. I have heard a lot of good things about the Bowflex machines, but have never tried one personally. imawake 11-22-2005, 11:11 PM but ay i already have the ab lounge, is it good?i heard they do more than crunches..i havent been able to try it out yet rubato 11-23-2005, 04:47 PM I have a Bowflex and it's wonderful, but more like $800. So, I don't think that's an option. imawake 11-29-2005, 10:09 PM im getting a bowflex, is it good for building muscles bigger? imawake 11-29-2005, 10:23 PM Bowflex Motivator- thats the one Belles150 11-29-2005, 10:36 PM From what I have gathered about bowflex is because it is resistance as opposed to brute weight you will see much better definition. I don't think you will be losing anything in the muscle building area by going with bowflex. rubato 11-30-2005, 10:03 AM I don't know how much you lift, but mine only has 105 lbs for each side. This is way too much for me since I'm a female who doesn't want to bulk up, but if you need more, you have to order more weight. They really are great machines. It's tough at first changing the machine out all the time, but once you get a routine going, it's quick and easy. Good luck. |
