whats a good all in one weight machine, under $200-300
also..is hte ab louge good and works?

Skip the ab lounger. Crunches work just as well and they're free.
I have heard a lot of good things about the Bowflex machines, but have never tried one personally.

but ay i already have the ab lounge, is it good?i heard they do more than crunches..i havent been able to try it out yet

I have a Bowflex and it's wonderful, but more like $800. So, I don't think that's an option.

From what I have gathered about bowflex is because it is resistance as opposed to brute weight you will see much better definition. I don't think you will be losing anything in the muscle building area by going with bowflex.

I don't know how much you lift, but mine only has 105 lbs for each side. This is way too much for me since I'm a female who doesn't want to bulk up, but if you need more, you have to order more weight. They really are great machines. It's tough at first changing the machine out all the time, but once you get a routine going, it's quick and easy. Good luck.
