what can I use or shiny hair my hair is so dull? any input after i have hypothyoid my hair has gotten so dry/dull

Have you tried rinsing your hair with cold water just before you get out of the shower?
I think I read somewhere that if you rinse your hair with Apple Cider Vinegra it will make your hair shinny.

yes i do rinse it with cold water--i will try the apple cider vinegar and see if it helps, that apple cider vinegar seems to work for many things.

Don't blow dry your hair. When I stopped blow drying my hair the shine returned.

It might also be an idea to drink Apple cider vinegar as well. Just mix three tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of vinegar, and one pint of warm water and drink this mixture daily.
