I am type 2 - Metformin 500mg X3 along with Avanda 2mg 2X
My fasting blood sugars have been rising these last 4 or so days. Not by much, but enough to be of concern. I usuall am 85 to 95 - today I was 115. It was not until yesterday that I realized a cold was coming on. I am already on a very tight controled diet.
I want to know what others have found useful in this situation.
