some anxiety sufferers worry far too much, some dont worry at all.
worry can become life controllong, Ive known people in mental hospitals for 1 reaso, they have worried themselves sick!
I was a bigtime worrier and didnt know how to stop it until many years ago I read a book on how to stop worrying, it gave new ways of looking at my problems and fears, which I did and I havent worried excessively about anything since
several self help books on how to stop worry are available and can be got thru amazon, or borrowed from a library, you can say you are trying to help a friend at the library :jester:
also visiting your local library and getting used to being there is good for anxiety sufferers, its called graded exposure
