Hi guys, i was thinking about something

My anxiety is off the charts i mean when i get too happy I get chest pains from my anxiety, and when I get upset the same thing happens, all day long i constantly worry about getting a heart attack form teh chest pains etc.. anyway i have become a hypochondriac that thinks i have cancer etc..

well i decided that instead of constantly worying that i have to occupy my mind with things that make me think, anyway I like web designing an i ecided to get into this that way i have no time to thik and my mind is occupied, i am not sure if this will help but i will sure let you all know, i guess its a good idea since if we occupy our minds with activities that make us think alot maybe that will help us not worry so much? as i was designing a site i realized that I barely worried, so this oudl be teh answer to help my anxiety, or yours, fidn something that you enjoy doing and hopefully it will help your worrying/anxiety.

I know what your talking about. For me its Online Video games :D The only thing I find hard is getting myself motivated to play a game becouse I feel bad and don't want to do anything. But once I get into the game I feel so much better, I dont have any worries.

For me, it is cross-stitch. When I am doing that I have to concentrate so hard I can not think of much of anything else. Unfortunately, I can not do that for long at a time. I tire easily.

This does work. Last time I was caught up in anxiety and depression, the beanie baby crazy was on and collecting those cute little things is what I believe brought me out of it. I had no meds at this time. Insurance did not cover mental health ( does now though ). The trick is finding just the right hobby. Good luck!!
