I have some co-morbid, anxiety, depression, adhd, ocd problems that ive been suffering from most of my life. And I know alcohol doesnt help things at all, but I'm 19 and in college, and I enjoy my nights out. I realized that the fun I have at night, outweighs the anxiety the next day. But the problem is it escalates all of my problem so much the next day, is there anyways to combat this next day anxiety?

Does the fun really outweigh the horrible symptoms the next day? Alcohol is so accepted and expected in college but the fact that alcohol is one powerful drug that can really increase the severety other medical, emotional, stress issues and overall health.
60% of college drop outs are due to alcohol and after college job failure is statistically signifigant if you make it through college anyhow. An alcoholic has to quit drinking. A non-alcoholic, which you probably are at your age can just stop drinking. If you need to drink in excess to do any particular thing then you should confront it now before you get into some real probs.
As far as decreasing symptoms if you drink. Dont get up and gulp down a half a gallon of milk, water or juice. Moderate your rehydration so your system stabilizes. Dehydration causes all of the symptoms you mentioned and over indulging to satisfy thirst can throw your electrolyte balance off causing stress etc.
When I quit drinking the gals started coming around like mad. They were so relieved that I wasn't drinking and enjoyed my company much more. I heard things like "who wants to sleep with someone that smells like a brewery" :D etc.
I am quiet and no socialite. When I drank I could swear that I had the wisdom to articulate like Socrates, but come to find out people were laughing at me. One beer can't cause these symptoms usually. I just call it a hangover. If you are just drinking one or two beers then you should have no problem stopping if it is causing you such distress. I am no doctor but I have a cousin that has a disease of the stomach and very little alcohol caused these same things. Maybe you should talk to one if you arent out getting plowed on yur butt when it happens. You really did not offer details on frequency and quantity though so I can assume nothing. Maybe you could give more information and solve this problem. It sounds like something I would adress if it were me fer sure.
