i started having panic attacks quite suddenly in march ... i went to my GP and had some blood tests etc., and essentially he said there was nothing for it and prescribed somer tranquillizers (altho' he was loathe to do it) ... i don't have thyroid disease (either hypo or hyper) and have no other illness (i'm really condensing this -- believe me, i have NO other illness) ... however, my home situation is less than optimal and i can't get out ...

my ND gave me some Bupleurum D, a chinese herb, to take three times a day (two at a time) ... it works for me, and you can get it online ...

the worst of them used to happen when i was in bed - heart-pounding, hot, panicky, loose stool, jumpy -- and of course, i couldn't sleep ... since taking the Bupleurum D, my panic attacks have been reduced by 80% or 90% ...

another goood effect of the Bupleurum D is that in a double blind study, it has been shown to reduce one's LDL ...

just so 'ya know ...
