Hi  ,
I am in a wedding in 2 weeks and I got my dress today. The back of the dress is like a corset style, it straps all the way to the lower back, but leaves your back exposed. When I draw the straps to tie it, a little back fat seeps out (NOT SEXY!!) What, if any, exersize can I do to tone up my back before the wedding? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just losing some weight would help, but there's no guarantee that the fat will come off in the right place... Burning fat locally by doing specific exercises ("spot reduction") unfortunately doesn't work. I must say, two weeks is a short time, but I'd just try to lose some weight by doing cardio everyday.
Cardio is the key, try an eliptical trainer or hill climbing on a running machine as often as you can and eat less calories than you burn. As already said you cant really get localised fat loss. Its the fat you have to rid from the area and if you work it hard all you will do is build muscle and that will grow under the fat making the perception of you being even fatter in that area! Its the fat that has to go and diet/cardio is the way forward
Two weeks is tight but not impossble :) Ideally you only want to try to lose a few pounds a week. I would go for a healthy target loss of 5lbs

A good routine to get the most results for you would be to do some back specific weight training exercises and then immediately follow with 30-45 min of good cardio activity (eliptical trainer/swimming etc) as this way you will be increasing your metabolism and burning more fat.
As for weight training exercises. Wide grip pull-ups on a weight assist machine are always good, just do them slowly (alternatively, the lat pull down exercise is similar), as well as bent-over barbell (or dumbbell) rows. Just perform 3 sets of them with high reps (12-15) at a comfortable weight and see how you feel! You can google them easily to find out how to perform them.

In two weeks?
You've got to either loosen the corset top or judiciously "stuff" the fat down into the corset...but then don't bend over to pick anything up til you are safely in the getaway car! :D
You can't lose the fat in two weeks without surgical intervention.
