Sponsor rayven150 02-23-2006, 01:03 PM im looking into the Turbo Jam also have you gotten any replys to your question about it ? im new and not really sure how to she if you did. Thanks Rayven acw10739 02-26-2006, 09:43 AM Hi, I have tried Turbo Jam and it has been wonderful for me. Owned for about 8 months now, and bought a second set for my sister-in-law as well. Both of us have had very good results (her in her tummy, and myself in my thighs). Very high energy and fun, but takes a while to work up to. I exercise about 5 times per week already, but still made me very sore. I've seen a big difference in my abs and outside of my thighs. I have more trouble in my hip area. I recommend, but for beginners, start very gradually. The FIRM transfirmer is a nice workout as well (hips and thighs), again taking your time to start. As with any workout they recommend you talk with your Dr. before beginning, which I agree. Thumbs up for this one. :) Mommy2Olivia 02-27-2006, 12:15 PM I have been looking into getting program too. I have used Yoga Booty Ballet but just every time I get on the floor with doing some of the moves that my back begins to hurt some. I just don't feel comfortable with it. But I have been walking some and plan on riding my bike some but wanted to see what the results were with TJ before I purchased it. Thanks...
