Hi my name is Ashley and I am 20 years old. My identical twin sister is having problems with one eye, i think its her right. She has a sty that keeps coming back. They've given her a million different antibiotics and medications to clear it up and it does for a little while, then comes back. She went to a specialist and he said it was allergies. He asked if she is in contact with smokers and she lied and said no cause she didnt want my mom to find out (since my mom was there). So then he asked if we had any cats, and she said yes. (This is my cat. She's my baby! She's 1 year and 3 months and I've had her since she was 7 days old. I bottlefed her and nursed her back to health.) So the doctor said the sty is returning because of the cat. My cat sleeps with me every night, but I share a room with my sister. So my parents say my cat cant stay in my room anymore. I know this may sound immature and stupid but she's my baby and i dont want her sleeping in the cold garage. DOes anyone know anything about recurring stys or some way to find out if it really is my cat thats causing her problems? Normally allergies to cats show symptoms of itching, runny eyes and nose, red itchy eyes...but not stys. Please help!! Thanks
