I was diagnosed about three weeks ago with an ulcer. I know about blood in the stool, etc., but never noticed any.

My gastro had admitted me to the hospital for tests and kept me overnight to make sure I ate.

They did a bunch of urine/blood tests. I just looked at the results today and saw that there was blood in my urine! No one at the hospital or my doctor ever mentioned any problems with an infection or anything else.

I'm worried, however.

Is it possible the blood in the urine was related to the ulcer and the vomiting it caused over several days?
