Once again reaching out for info. I am going to surgeon in two days but wondering if anyone else had dizzy spells after they had their gallbladder out. I went to bed dizzy - felt pretty good if I stayed very still - and it is about gone now - next day at 10. I was feeling so good after nearly two weeks - what more can I look forward to. I have been eating very lowfat and now afraid to eat a lot of things! Elaine

Nope...no dizzy spells...you may not be eating enough....perhaps low blood sugar. There is plenty you can eat - grilled chicken, turkey, LEAN red meat, LEAN pork, sandwiches of all kinds only no cheese or mayo or butter, soups as long as not greasy (no chili, etc), veggies, potatoes (baked, mashed with chicken broth), salad with non-fat dressing, yogurt is great!

I did have some dizzy spells after I had my GB removed but it went away after a couple weeks. I also think it was because I wasn't eating very well. I was mostly eating crackers and drinking gatorade.
Now it is back with the vengence! I am going to see an ENT sometime soon. I think this time it's ear related because I also have ringing and swooshing noises in my ears.
