HEY EVERYONE! I'M 19 YEARS OLD AND EVER SINCE I CAN REMEMBER I'VE HAD NASTY YELLOW TEETH. I'VE TRIED BRITESMILE BUT IT LIGHTEN JUST A LITTLE BIT AND AFTER A WEEK IT WAS BACK TO THE COLOR IS WAS. MY TEETH IS MORE GRAYISH THAN YELLOW AND MY DENTIST SAYS THAT THEY ARE STAIN BC OF A MEDICINE I TOOK AS A CHILD. IT SEEM THAT THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE ARE VENEERS BUT THEY ARE SOOO DARN PRICEY. IF U HAVE ANY INFO ON VENEERS OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE THAT ISNT AS PRICEY PLEASE REPLY!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!

I had the same problem due to tetracycline while in utero or as a child. Bleaching didn't help either, but that's because bleaching basically bleaches out stains, but doesn't change the natural color of your teeth.

I got veneers 15 years ago, and the 8 on the top cost me $5000 (and still look great!) I got bonding done on the lower 8. They looked great for many years, but the bonding has worn off some now. They don't look weird or anything, they're just not as white as they once were.

Why not research bonding? It's cheaper than veneers and doesn't adversely affect your tooth structure.
