Okay well I have been pretty congested lately. I have been taking some decongestants, and am supposed to see a doctor in the morning. Anyway to make a long story short, a friend of mine told me that I should take some of her FLONASE that she hadnt ever opened yet. I said I was a bit scared and she told me just to take it and promised I would be able to sleep cause I wouldnt have to blow my nose.

Anyway so I did it and it has been about 4 hours now, and I havent gone to sleep. I feel a bit weird, but I may be worrying myself sick because I have done that before.

I took the normal dosage amount one spray in each nostral.

I still have to blow my nose, but it takes a lot of pressure and I still have to cough, but to make the phlem come out I have to force pretty hard.

So anyway Am I just worrying myself sick cause if something was going to happen it wouldve alredy?
 I kind of feel a little dizzyish and my throat feels a little hard. I am so dumb for doing this.

Relax, the only thing you did wrong was use another persons med, never a good idea, in fact it can be dangerous at times depending on what med it is.

Flonase is a steroid nasal spray and it takes using on regular basis to see results. Flonase is an anti-inflammatory med. Also, it is not good to use steroid nasal sprays if possible.

Your doctor will be able to advise on which meds you need for your problem.

Anxiety is keeping you from sleeping. Anxiety will get to us when we know we did something we shouldn't have.
