View Full Version : eyebrow color question

Opps, got a little to carried away with my eyebrows and they are looking kinda sparse. Figured I'd fill them in some with pencil. My eyebrows are naturally dark, almost black. I used a black pencil and looked horrid. So I washed it off, and used brown. Didn't like that either. How do you decide what color to use?

Thx,

I use a neutral grayish/brownish color. It is slightly darker than my light brown hair & pretty neutral. My brows are darker towards the middle of my face & the outer half disappears.

I use CG eyebrow pencil in light brown and go over it with a powder eyeshadow called "smoke" (I think it's Max Factor) with an angle brush & then I use brow gel to set it.

It looks funny if the pencil isn't sharp enough too, and just takes practice to make it look natural.

thanks for the reply! I'll try the same and see how it looks. I goofed around with an almost empty dark brownish/black mascara wand and liked that color.
