Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with this..
Monday I had all of my upper teeth removed, 13 to be exact, in order to receive an upper denture in a few weeks. On Tuesday I was feeling very dizzy and nauseous, that feeling lasted until Thursday, I assumed it was from the amount of novacaine I had to receive. Last night (Wed) I started having these strange sensations in my face, mostly my right eye, nose and top lip. It's almost like a tingly feeling, a numbness. It feels as if my eye is itchy but it really isn't, if that makes any sense. Today my eye is watery and I keep feeling like I have to sneeze, I also keep getting a sharp pain in my sinus area. I do have stitches in my mouth but not all of the sockets were stitched shut, the spot where 1 of my immediate front teeth was is not. My question is, Is this normal? I am thinking that because there was an opening left directly in the front, it is allowing air to hit my nerves, is that possible? This problem is causing me not to be able to sleep and is very uncomfortable. Is this going to go away?
Thanks, Michele

Oh gosh.
I am getting my uppers out next week, and I don't like the sound of what you have to go thru. Sorry to hear about it though, glad you said something.

Have you tried the pill called Toradol? It is just a weak little thing, but they hep me more than any other ting for the 'nervy-tooth' type pains.

i wished I had a better suggestion buddy. keep us posted on how you are doing - I am severly interested!!
