Today I noticed that my left breast was a bit painful, and was a little red in one spot...I go for my yearly mammograms and they have all been normal..I am due for one this month, so I called the doctor for an order..
I dont remember doing anything that would have caused this pain or redness..I feel no lumps, etc..I did start exercising with weights 2 days ago (only 4 lbs), so I thought maybe i could have pulled or strained something...
Any input would be appreciated..Thanks!

Hi Nance77,
Go to your Gynocologist and get a physical and breast palpitation from your dr. Also go to your mammogram appt. I get one every year. There is no reason to suspect a lump in your case, buy I would go just to be sure. Some lumps cannot be felt by hand, only seen on a mammography machine.
I had a lump, just last month. It was only detected by my mammogram. My gynocologist and I, neither one, had felt it. I had the next 2 steps, which were a diagnostic, spot compression mammogram and a breast ultrasound. Everything turned out fine and I did not have to have any other tests.
Go for your peace of mind. It sure helped mine! :> Of course, you will worry, worry and more worry before your get the results back!
Take care and good luck.
