I'm wondering if theres any chance MS not showing up on an MRI?
I have alot of the symptoms of MS....the one that gives me the most problem's is the weakness..

Yes, it is possible for it to NOT show up on MRI scans, particularly in the beginning stages of the disease.

It is possible for MS to not show up in ANY test, that is why it is so hard to dx. But ruling out other possibilities is part of the process.

The funny thing is, my doc keeps telling me my MRI is normal, it CAN'T be MS.

I've learned here though that it doesn't have to show up right away. I lurk the boards, and it helps.

Don't let them pass it off as depression, or whatever. That will just make you depressed :) I know I often feel like I'm crazy because no one believes me.
